We built StringPro to help racquet clubs work better. We collect only what we need to run the service and we never sell your data to anyone.
StringPro is a software-as-a-service product operated by StringPro ("we", "us", "our"). Our service is accessible at stringpro.org and related subdomains. For questions about this policy contact us at privacy@stringpro.org.
We share data only with the services needed to run StringPro:
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
We keep your data for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription your data is retained for 90 days then permanently deleted. You can request immediate deletion at any time by emailing privacy@stringpro.org.
You have the right to: access your data, correct inaccurate data, delete your data, export your data (CSV export is available in the app), and object to processing. To exercise any of these rights email privacy@stringpro.org.
All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Passwords and PINs are hashed before storage. Our database provider (Supabase) uses row-level security so your club's data is isolated from other clubs.
We use localStorage (browser storage) to keep you logged in and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking cookies.
StringPro is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We will notify you by email if we make material changes to this policy. Continued use of StringPro after changes constitutes acceptance.
